travel mate - India in June
Hey!!
I am a 22 / female / from Sydney - arriving in Delhi on June 20th (for the first time...) Wondering if there is anyone else who is currently in Australia (preferably Sydney) who I can get in contact with who is arriving at the same day , we could make our way from the airport to main bazar, maybe spend the first few days together to get used to Indian culture for the first time... Hope you manage to find someone. Just so you know though, I don't know how much you've travelled before, but especially in India you are likely to meet so many people along the way. Sometimes its better to wait and see who you meet at the backpackers / hostel on the first night as usually you'll find someone who wants to go to the same places as you who you get on well with. So don't settle for agreeing a trip with someone unless you're sure about it, as you will make stacks of buddies along the way!
