Default Rabies and Japanese Enchephalitis

Help!

Had most of my injections, free of charge - nice!!!! Just need to have the injections for rabies and Jap Ench. now.... the nurse told me it would cost me £225 to have them - what!!!!!!????? How much????!!!!

There must be someway/ somewhere I can get them cheaper in Yorkshire - can anyone advise me? I don't mind paying but even the nurse said she thought I'd be able to get them cheaper elsewhere, would much rather spend this money on my travels.

Would be good to hear from you all!

Thanks, Nat

where are you going when you travel? I went to thailand and didnt get the JE as it was not in the area's i was going to and only got rabies as i was volunteering for a wildlife centre....

I think the cheapest place is at the Dr's as it is slightly more expensive at the travel clinic... other than those two places i am not sure where else would give you jabs?
