Default Any need for vaccinations?

Hey...I'm planning on going to Thailand for 1-2 weeks in September and was just wondering if anyone who has been there or is there at the mo knows if I should bother with any vaccinations for so short a time? Im off to Aus after that.

I wanna be safe but like everyone else money is short!!

cheers
sarah
