Hi,
In order to choose a route you should first think about your destinations and then checkout flights, buses... What do you want to see? Cities and people? or National parks?
In Argentina I can recommend:Quebrada de Humahuaca in the North; Parque Nacional Iguazú;Route 3 along the Atlantic; Peninsule Valdes; Patagonia because of its petrified trees and fosils and of course, deep in the South the glaciers! It's a dream!
