Golden, BC to LA (overland) mid-Sept 08 for 2-3 weeks

Hello!

I'm 32 yr Aussie female who's been away from home for 5+ years. I'm finally heading home (Sydney) but going via the US / Mexico & Canada to get there. I have fairly loose plans and dates at this stage but it all hinges around my friend's wedding in Golden, BC on 17-18/9.

I've started looking for tours or travel buddies to travel down the west coast of the US starting in either Golden, Vancouver or Seattle...making our way to LA (where I then fly out to Sydney so anyone interested in being shown Sydney give me a shout!).

I'd love to meet someone in the UK (so we could meet up first) who'd be interested in doing this bit of travelling (west coast of US). Before this I'm meeting a friend in Miami and then we go to Mexico before I head up to Canada on my own. I'm leaving UK between 26/8-1/9 for Miami.

I'm a seasoned back-packer and have travelled around South America, Africa, Europe and Aus. I prefer the flexible approach to travelling where we can stay longer in places we like etc. but would also be willing to do a scheduled tour.
