Soul Destroying - HELP!

Is anyone else finding this saving up to go away lark a bit lonely? Whilst all your mates are going out and buying new things your/my money is going into a big pot marked "savings"!

Dont get me wrong, i cant wait to go away and it is good to see what i am saving... but at the same time i am going stir frigging crazy not doing anything in the meantime!

Anyone got any tips on things to do that dont cost money!?!

I cant research my trip anymore as i am currently saving to purchase my tix which should be brought at the end of July... (CANT WAIT!) but what with all the football on the tele there is nothing else to watch!!!

Oh, has anyone got series 1 and 2 Lost they would like to lend me.. that could keep me going for a few weeks with Sawyer and Jack

Saving can be shit. but it'll be worth it. I think you have just got to remember that when you're away everyone back home will be:

going to the same pubs and clubs
doing the same jobs
talking about the same shit

And you'll be away living the dream! and when you come back nothing will have changed.

I'm been inviting my mates round to my house for a cheap night. food, bring a bottle and a night of talking shit and putting the world to rights. Another idea is to have poker nights, especailly if you've got a good poker face and are lucky as you can even end up with some money to add to your savings!
