Hi guys!
I am at the moment getting ready for a year trip... Southern Africa first, then Australia, Southeast Asia, India, Nepal... I have been saving some money but not a lot! So I want to be careful with what I spend! Do you guys have any technique/tricks for budget calculation/control? How do you manage to figure out how much will you spend? Thank you in advance! Belen PS: By the way... I'd really appreaciate your opinion about my travelling blog--- http://belen.guillaume.googlepages.com/home |

There's this saying, "When you pack, lay out all your clothes and all your money. Take half the clothes and twice the money." For me, listing out expenses is my way of budgeting.

Let's face it, it's the food and lodging and maybe the transportation that empties our pockets. Budget on the food, like shop at groceries and save those big dinners on some good nights
