Icon Cool Cool movies and movie star hotels

While I have not seen anything lately that I feel worthy of mention, [Avatar was just mentioned by someone and was good] but I was looking forward to that movie with Leonardo De Caprio and I believe is called "Shelter Island."

Anybody has a review or a rating for that movie and it would be appreciated. Movies are important to us and while travelling we never leave without my daughters little DVD video player. That way if ever bored or tied up in our hotel, we then always have movies. Speaking of famous hotels with movie stars...

Ironically I bumped into this cool little article called, "Top 10 famous movie star hotels." I had no idea so many cool movies were made at these various movie hotels. Actually they are not just movie star hotels but rather just nice, okay pretty swank, but the point being anyone can stay at these hotels where movie stars go. While no guarantee of seeing anyone famous, you never know it could be your lucky day. I have travelled to San Diego Hard Rock Hotel and saw several famous muscians. We then learned this same Hard Rock hotel in San Diego had recently catered to an entire major movie production crew -- awesome! If you ever are looking for something fresh and new, trip ideas like these are a real adventure.
