Ive got to say I am little suprised that Mumbai is on your list. Yes Monte Carlo should indeed be on the top of the list
 I booked a holiday through gekko.com and it really cost me - but recommendations were brilliant and the hotel was top notch |

hmmm.. cost of living...? oh my I've been thinking a hundred times to read it back and again. I can't see where Monte Carlo is. as it is Monte Carlo that sells the most expensive lot in the world. $4,500 per square foot. Double than that of Moscow's $2,000 per square foot.
