Travel buddies/tips/advice Asia, Australia and NZ
Hey everyone,
I'm 24 and planning my traveling adventure starting end of Oct/Nov 2008. Theoretically i'd like to go to Asia first for minimum of 3 weeks to see as much as I can, then continue to Cairns and work/travel down the East coast to Sydney for Christmas. Then I plan to go to NZ to work on organic farms (not all the time as there's so much to do!) but would be useful for that bit of extra cash and to save on accommodation. Finally go to some Pacific Islands to finish before returning home. If anyone has any tips, advice or are planning anything similar then please get in touch! |

Which part of Asia are you going to? As for Australia, I'd recommend you stay at either the Diamant Hotel or The Observatory, both in Sydney.

stay at the billabong backpackers lodge in newtown! i'm there at the moment and it's great.
