Australia gap year 2009???
Ello to you!
Im going OZ in summer 09 for the year and was wondering if anyone is over there the same time? cos well lets face it we all need a drinkin buddie and take turns driving lol  Also if you have been OZ before and have some info and tips, id be very greatfull if ya share  |

Get a good book!
Hi there,
I've just got back from a gap year in Australia - had an absolutely amazing time. I recommend getting yourself a good book before you leave. The one I found was called Bonza Voyage and it was absolutely fantastic! (http://www.lulu.com/bonzavoyage) It had loads of great tips and entertaining stories. Hope this helps |

Have you planned a route? If you are driving (and it sounds like you are) there are tried and tested routes from Melb up to the gold coast or the other way... What kind of tips are you after? Route, what to stock your van with, where to get a van, what to see, good beachs?
When are you going? Good luck with your plans
