Tanzania and Malawi (Mozambique?) in June..

am planning on going to Tanzania and Malawi (and/or Mozambique) in June.
i dont have much time, only a cpl of weeks or so, as im taking time off work.. but really wanna try and dive deep..

first of all - if anyone wants to join to all or part of the trip - gimmi a shout, would be cool.
will be going between 6/6 to 22/6.

..im usually a 'go with the flow' kinda traveler and enjoy drifting along with whatever adventure or path comes my way,
but i realise i need some planning and prepartion with this one.

what i had in mind is flying to Nairobi (from London) then str8 to either Tanzania or Malawi,
travel between the two and then in one way or another finish back on the coastline for some beach and diving.. (even if for a cpl of days).

id love to go to mozambique as well but i gues i need t give myself a reality check and understand its probably just notenough time for it all..
(taking into considuration mobility as well)

so - i will be very thankful for any sort of tips/advice as to routes, ideas of where/how to go about over there, and just general info.

also - LINKS! if anyone has useful web sites they came across for any kind of inormation and also internal flights or transportaion within the area - that'll be great!
